The assessment builder makes creating your video interviews quick and easy. Start from a saved template, add or remove questions, adjust timings and you're good to go.
Drag and drop questions to re-order them, randomise questions, set time limits for individual questions, add audio and video clips, animations and images; it couldn't be easier.
Plus, you can add an introduction video, divide your interview into sections, include an SJT, add an aptitude test or ask candidates to upload their CV, all in the same interview.
Scoring and assessing
Professional and Enterprise plans include criteria scoring - enabling you to mark each question against multiple criteria, for example, competencies, behaviours, personality traits or skills.
You can have multiple assessors, add your scoring matrix with positive and negative indicators. The assessor can add comments and notes for each question and the overall interview.
