Tell me more about the Free trial
Your 14-day free trial gives you full access to a Professional account. You can create unlimited assessments, tests and interviews, and invite up to hundred candidates.
At the end of your trial, you can continue with a Professional plan, switch to Basic or Enterprise and maintain all your assessments, user and candidate data. If we don't hear from you within 28 days, we will close your account.
How long does it take to set up my account?
Setting up your account only takes a few moments. Start with a Free Trial by entering your details and we'll send you a validation email.
Once we've validated your details, we set up your account and arrange a quick call to talk you through the basics and get you started.
What are the payment options?
With all our monthly plans, you can pay by Credit or Debit Card. If you'd prefer to pay by Cheque or Bank Transfer, sign up for an annual account and you even get a 10% discount. Please email us at sales@tazio.co.uk for more information.
Am I committed to a long term contract?
Absolutely not. With all our monthly accounts you can upgrade, downgrade or cancel your account at anytime. If you pay annually, tell us one month before your annual renewal and we'll update or close your account.
What if I need more responses?
No problem. You can increase your response limit at anytime. You'll only ever pay for the responses you need. Email us at sales@tazio.co.uk and for more information.
Who owns the data?
You do. All data is owned by you. Tazio will never use, share or sell your data with any third party. We will only ever contact your candidates or employees to provide technical support, or help them when completing an assessment.
